Episode 2 also reveals that how much Hinata has grown since that final blow against Shiratorizawa. Hinata will also try to enhance his serving ability. The old team of Shiratorizawa makes an appearance in episode 2. Hinata got chills by Seeing Ushijima. At the end of the episode, Tsutomu will help Hinata in collecting the balls. But Hinata will get fed up with being a ball boy. At the moment, he decided to quit. But later he realizes that he has to defeat his opponent- Kageyama.

In Haikyuu Season 4 Episode 3– As Hinata is now fed up with being a ball boy, he decided to find something valuable in this training camp. So, in episode 3- Hinata will change is the point of view. And guess what, he realized that “there is so much he can learn off the court rather than being on the court”. At first sight, he will notice the stance of Ushijima that how is able to change the direction of the ball in mid-air after spiking. After that, Hinata will try to look spikes through the eyes of Daichi. He will understand that Daichi and Nishinoya, both are able to predict the course of the ball. Furthermore, he will notice the stance of Shiratorizawa’s pinch server- “Eita Semi”. He will notice everything Eita does before serve. Then he remembers that in middle school, he used to learn tennis. And his friend Tamayama Junpei once told him that- “the fundamental rule in tennis is just lifting your feet above the ground”. This is where he will get the fundamental key to progress.

In episode 3 of Haikyuu, Hinata may focus on his serving ability. Besides this, Hinata is in a training camp where he will gasp as much as he can.
