Cells at Work!!
The upcoming second season of Cells at Work!! has posted a new promotional video on their official Twitter account. The promotional video previews the ending theme song, “Fight!!” by ClariS along with the additional cast members and more. Further, the second season of the anime will broadcast on each station from January 9, 2021.

The second season will be broadcasted weekly basis every Saturday on Tokyo MX, Tochigi TV, Gunma TV, BS11, and more. For more information regarding the broadcast click here to visit their official website. As for the key visual it is attached below.
Cast
Hirofumi Ogura is the new director of the upcoming season with David Production. Ogura has previously worked in Black Butler II and more. Yuuko Kakihara is the scriptwriter. Jin Aketagawa is the sound director with Magic Capsule in charge of music production.

Cells at Work! is originally a Japanese manga series. Akane Shimizu has written and illustrated the manga. The plot of the anime features the anthropomorphized cells of a human body with its two main elements the red blood cell and white blood cell. The manga was first published in the Shonen manga magazine of Kodansha in January 2015. A theatrical anime titled “Hataraku Saibō!!”. The anime was first premiered in September 2020. Along with it, a spin-off anime television series known as Cells at Work! Code Black will also premiere in January 2021.
